We engage with our clients in the context of our B.L.U.E. adoption framework model (Begin, Learn, Utilize, Empower). This engagement model is based on our extensive experience successfully leading large-scale agile transformations and current best practices. This highly flexible and customizable approach encompasses both a process and a technology framework that is unique to Blue Agility.
Within each phase of the model, Blue Agility engages consultatively with key stakeholders in your organization in a well defined set of agile transformation activities to produce specific deliverables and outcomes.
These pre-defined elements would be outlined in a customized client Transformation Roadmap and Agile Coaching Backlog to clearly guide the engagement and set expectations. This helps ensure that key capabilities are systematically improved while incrementally enabling the organization to more predictably deliver business value while trending to greater agile delivery self-sufficiency.

Blue Agility leverages key aspects of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe™) applied to organizing and planning the work associated with our client engagements. This unique approach of “using SAFe to deploy SAFe” offers many of the same benefits to the deployment of Agile Transformation Activities as it does to actually building/deploying software and hardware.

Supporting the B.L.U.E. Engagement Model, we also leverage bluejazz™, our proprietary rich-media knowledge platform (Powered by Watson TM). bluejazz offers powerful virtual on-demand training, coaching and mentoring for processes and “hand-holding” on any web-based tool usage for every role at every level within the organization. to both provide enablement for key stakeholders and capture organizational process and tool customizations throughout out engagement. With this approach, we enable ‘Just In Time’ role-based training to augment our instructor-led training while our coaches remain focused on more strategic coaching activities throughout the engagement.

Assessment & Learning Stage
During the initial engagement period, coaches leverage bluejazz to supplement formal agile training. Here, bluejazz acts as a repository of consistent expert knowledge customized to your organization. At this phase, coaches are heavily involved in providing formal training and guidance.

Mentoring Stage
In the next phase, bluejazz is there like a mentor, guiding you to feel more confident in your knowledge and reduce your reliance on coaches.

Empowerment Stage
In the third phase, coaches may exit the engagement. But bluejazz remains available as a virtual on-demand coach, continuing to provide the “right” answers you need to perform your job, in your environment.
